Your Task List will look something like this:




1. Sessions Not Fully Reconciled:

This allows you to see any sessions that are missing on the TA website or not reconciled in the EIMS. 

    Please note that our site can take up to 48 hours to reconcile sessions from the EIMS to the TA website.

   

 Click the arrow to see the list.


You will see a list with each child and the date of the missing session. Add the missing session on the correct website.



If you see that you are getting this error for a session that is already logged, check both the EIMS and TA website for the date/time/location/agency/group size of the session. Make sure the session matches exactly on both websites. You have a 5 minute leeway with timing. 


If the session is not correct on EIMS: 

  • Request removal of that session and relog it correctly. 
  • It will take 48 hours for the TA website to register that change.

If the session is not correct on TA website:

  • Email team@therapyassociatesnj.com with the name of the child, date, time, and location of the session and ask us to delete it so you can relog.
  • Relog the session correctly.
  • Send the link to the parent to sign off for the session.


If the session looks logged correctly on both sites feel free to contact us with any questions. 



2. Missing Signatures:

Missing signatures allows you to see any sessions that do not have a parent signature.

Use the arrows to select a session that needs a signature.

You will see the details of the session and the guardian details.

  • Select the method you wish to contact the guardian through, either through text or email.
  • The request a signature from the guardian you wish to contact.


The guardian will receive a link to their device that will lead them directly to place they need to sign.


3. Confirm your Billing:

Therapy Associates pays its practitioners once a month for all sessions conducted the previous month. Invoices are due between the 3st and the 9th of each month for the previous month's billing. (ie: Confirm your January billing between Feb 1st-9th). This is done through your task list under "Confirm your Billing".

    

Billing confirmed on time will be paid directly into your account on or about the 20th of the month.


The Billing Forms task will only show up when there is no outstanding logging issues for that child. If you do not see a confirm your billing task during that time of the month, check your logging issues. 


  • Once you click on the "Confirm your Billing" under your tasks, you will see a list divided by your children you serviced that month. 
  • Select each child one at a time.
  • An invoice will automatically appear detailing the previous month's sessions with that child, which is derived from the sessions you inputted on the TA website.
  • If every thing is correct, you need to sign off for those sessions. Then click submit.
  • Do this for each child.

You have successfully confirmed your billing!



4. Therapist Training:

This tab will allow you to see any outstanding training you need to complete. 


  • Select the training. Click on the word "policy" to open the document. Read the policy. 
  • Sign that you read it. Then click "next".


  • Then take the 10-16 question quiz on the training. You must past the quiz.
  • You will be notified of you need to retake the quiz.
