Within 24 hours of accepting a case, please reach out to the family.
Before the initial session, we need documentation of each time a parent was contacted. Once a start date has been scheduled with the family, our website needs to be updated with that info.
Entering a recent parent contact/start date:
1. Select the "children" tab on your home page.
2. Select the specific child you are entering.
3. Select "parent contact form" tab.
- Select the child contact (guardian) you scheduled with from the dropdown.
- Put in the date you contacted them.
- Put in the contact method from the drop down.
- Write any notes that happened during your conversation.
- If you were able to schedule a start date, fill in the date you are scheduled to see the child.
- Then click submit.
