Session Logging on the TA Site

After you have completed your note on the EIMS, you will then log on the TA site.

1. Log into https://app.therapyassociatesnj.com/

• Your username is your email address.
• Your password is Firstname_Lastname@last4digistsSSN.

2. Select the children tab from the main menu.

3. Select the specific child you are logging for.

You will see all the options connected to that specific child.

If you are logging the first session you will be required to enter a start date via a parent contact form.

Logging a session:

1. Select "Children" from your home page.
2. Select the specific child.
3. Select "log a session".
4. Select the service status.
5. Select the service location- either Home, Inclusive Community EC program (daycare), or Phone/Video Conferencing.
6. Under service type select the discipline you are providing. 
7. Have the guardian sign on your device. If this is a virtual session you can click "off" that the Responsible Party is not available. Then you will need to send a guardian signature link to the guardian. 
8. Then click submit

Note: The date is auto filled to the current date. If you are logging a session from the past change it to the date you would like. The guardian signature will disappear. You will then send them a link to sign through.
